suspensif, suspensive adjectif (latin médiéval suspensivus) Se dit d'une mesure qui suspend l'application d'un texte. Se dit des voies de recours dont le délai d'exercice ou l'exercice par une partie empêche l'autre de poursuivre l'exécution forcée du jugement. (L'appel peut avoir un effet suspensif.)
